So you say you can’t bake? Too Difficult? Too many steps and ingredients? I’m about to change your mind. This easy chocolate lava cake is SO easy to make and there are only 5 ingredients! THAT’S IT! I’ll bet you have these items in your pantry right now. It takes about 10 minutes to whip these up and another 12-15  minutes in the oven (depending on how flowy you want your lava). But the best part is how impressive and fancy it turns out. If you want a real showstopping dessert and want to wow your guest, you have to make this cake! No one has to know With how easy it really is, it will be our little secret. Only 5 simple ingredients for Easy Chocolate Lava Cake: 6 eggs 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate 8 ounces butter 1 cup all purpose flour Preheat oven to 350°. Easy Shortcut Coconut Lime Cupcakes

These easy shortcut coconut lime cupcakes taste like vacation. As I write this post, I am 24 hours away from my own vacation and by the time this post goes live, I will already be “Somewhere on a beach, sipping something strong…” and if you got that reference, a big high five to you for knowing your country music. I like to think of this cupcake as a combination of my two favorite cocktails: a refreshing lime mojito and a sweet and creamy, coconut-ty pinå colada– both very reminiscent of a warm, tropical, beach vacation (like the one I’ll be on T-24 hours). And for all my lovely friends out there who don’t drink, don’t worry, this is 100% non-alcoholic! But with all of the amazing flavor we have going on in this cupcake, you won’t even miss the alcohol.
